Intention: A 6-Course Wild Mushroom Dinner
Join mycologist Richard Winder and Chef Brian Tesolin on January 9, 2025 for a mouth-watering six course menu with a focus on wild mushrooms. Richard will teach us about the history, biology and realistic health benefits of mushroom consumption as you enjoy course after course of dishes that highlight locally foraged mushrooms!
