Duties include: Taking reservations and checking bookings. Preparing and organizing the seating plan for the evening. Welcoming and seating guests. Assisting the servers when needed. Assisting with administrative tasks such as maintaining menus.

The ideal candidate should have: Professional and positive attitude. General knowledge of food and beverage. Basic computer knowledge.  OpenTable knowledge an asset. Confident guest service skills and a calm, polite and composed demeanor. Previous fine dining experience an asset.
