Pastry Chef / Line Cook
Pastry production experience required as well as line experience is an asset.
Must be possess high knowledge and skill of preparing all types of desserts & pastries. Must be able to prioritize, organize and follow through as necessary. Capacity to work well under pressure while meeting production schedules and deadlines. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
The Host is often the first point of contact for guests who are about to embark on an amazing dining experience.
Successful candidates will be responsible for but not limited to:
Taking Reservations, organizing seating plan, welcoming and seating guests, answering phone calls, assisting servers in any way possible
Food & Beverage Attendant
Assist servers with opening and closing duties, adhere to service standards and procedures, assist with service during lunch and dinner, have good food knowledge and basic wine knowledge, prepare, deliver and clear room service
Ensure all tableware, flatware and glassware are hygienically sanitized, $17 per hour
